A friend of mine pointed out that Leona could be singing about agoraphobia and panic attacks in this song. Im sure youve heard lots of songs that you could relate to anxiety too. This one may be a little cheesy but it makes sense.

I can hear it, although I think many people, with or without anxiety will get kinda trapped in a comfort zone and live with things that make them unhappy either out of fear or lack of self esteem.
Hi Lynn~ It's been a while since I've commented or blogged. Hope you are doing well!
Thanks for sharing the video! I also posted the video on my blog.
Take Care!
Great video!
Yes agoraphobia can be so hard! I had it too (for long time) and boy was it difficult to overcome.
I think your article on your blog took a lot of courage and honesty to write-- and I applaud you for putting it out there.
My own agoraphobia problem is a lot better now--
And I just want you to know-- there is SO much hope!
Here's a wonderful resource for agoraphobia (it's completely free)-- telephone support groups that help a person out with overcoming agoraphobia (and social anxiety in general), http://www.healsocialanxiety.com
Telephone support groups saved my life. To be able to call into a support groups and talk to fellow agoraphobics / social anxiety sufferers and then to also share helpful tools of recovery was a Godsend for me.
I can go out now, any time I want, and with far less discomfort, so yes it really does work!
God bless and hang in there, Phil
