My name is Aimee and I was searching ...Hello there! My name is Aimee and I was searching for blogs about agoraphobia/anxiety and I stumbled upon yours. I'm happy that I found it. I, too am a sufferer of anxiety/agoraphobia. While I am thankfully not housebound, I still have problems being comfortable enough to go places. I always have to have my husband or someone I feel safe with along when I go. I have not drove by myself in 10 years and I have not stayed at home alone in 8 or so years.
I am so very glad to read that you have moved out of your parents home. I know that is a huge step when we go out of our comfort zones! It is scary to say the least, but I also feel that it is a wonderful start to our recovery.
Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your baby! That is so exciting. I am 30 years old and have been married to my high school sweetie for 10 years, but sadly we have not been able to get pregnant yet. I have something called Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome that causes infertility. One day though, I do feel that we will have a child. Well, I am just rambling and rambling and probably boring you..hehe. Sorry this is so long but I get excited when I find someone that knows what anxiety and agoraphobia are through their own personal experience with it. I wish no one had to deal with it, but it does help finding others who have it. Take care!!
AimeeAimeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14906593492522839193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3914969552005146177.post-19065509259476074552010-08-26T22:23:02.388+01:002010-08-26T22:23:02.388+01:00hi Lynn, its Lyndsey again I recently added you on...hi Lynn, its Lyndsey again I recently added you on my Facebook. am so glad I am not the only person going through all this and the way I am feeling you can relate to. thanks for your post its really helped me and good luck with your baby xxlyndseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12576875704070175670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3914969552005146177.post-53582631144361507882010-08-25T13:23:02.842+01:002010-08-25T13:23:02.842+01:00Hi Lynn, you're certainly looking and sounding...Hi Lynn, you're certainly looking and sounding aglow, goodonya.

I liked the way you put this : "I am where I want to be, doing what I want to do.
